from looking within, to uncovering together
self covered
hiii! i am kayleigh, and welcome to self uncovered.
self uncovered is a space for self discovery, growth and becoming more of who you truly are.
i am a firm believer we hold so much more power within us than we realise. when we begin to question the expectations, influences and limiting beliefs we have collected along the way in our journey, we create space to reconnect with ourselves and discover what truly feels aligned.
i am BIG on sharing what has genuinely helped me, so if something has transformed me, i want to pass it on.
what began as me sharing the things that genuinely helped me has grown into a community where we can learn, reflect, share our experiences and uncover more of ourselves - together.
my hope is that this space inspires you to look within, trust yourself and remember the incredible power you already hold š¤

the journal i wish i had when finding my way back to myself
self impact
self impact was created from my own healing journey and the lessons i learned along the way.
i discovered that lasting change didn't come from simply learning more about myself - it came from creating space to reflect, reconnect and intentionally apply what i was learning to my life.
so i created the conversations, questions and reflections i wish i had been given earlier. self impact is a guided healing journal designed to help you understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with who you are and intentionally create the life you want.
because healing isn't about becoming someone new, it's about uncovering who you've always been
the place where it all began
mistakes are overrated
my journey inward began after an experience when i was eighteen. it changed the way i saw myself, my relationships and the world around me.
for a long time, i felt like my past had taken something from me. i struggled with the patterns it created in my life and found myself searching externally for ways to escape what i was feeling.
but eventually, i began to turn inward.
i started learning about myself, questioning my patterns and understanding the ways my experiences had shaped me. little by little, i realised that while i couldn't change what had happened, i could choose what happened next.
mistakes are overrated was created as a place to share that journey - the things i have leant, the research that helped me understand myself and the tools that supported me along the way.
i believe your past can be honoured without becoming your identity. and no matter where you have been, you still have the power to learn, grow and create a life that feels like your own š¤
your past does not define you - you are allowed to outgrow your past self
